- The order will be processed within 1–2 business days from the date of payment confirmation.
2. Delivery time
- Within Riyadh: 1 to 2 business days. (Same as above)
- Outside Riyadh: 2 to 4 working days depending on the shipping company and the region.
3. Shipping fees
- Shipping fees are calculated according to the region and the shipping company chosen.
- Free shipping offers may be available if a certain minimum order value is reached.
4. Accuracy of address data
- The customer is responsible for entering the address and mobile number data correctly.
- If delivery is not possible due to incorrect information, return shipping charges may be applied.
5. Shipping delay
- Some delays beyond our control may occur, such as weather conditions, pressure from shipping companies, or seasonal factors.
6. Check the order upon receipt
- Please check that the order is undamaged upon receipt.
- If there is any visible damage to the shipment, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt with illustrative photos.
