The return or exchange shall be within the next three days from the date of receipt of the product, provided that the product has not been used or benefited from it, and the consumer shall bear the costs incurred therein.

2- We will provide you with the full address of the Magic Flower Company to return the products to us.


3- After verifying that the products have arrived in good condition, the product will be replaced or the amount will be returned to your account within a maximum period of 10 days.




The customer has the right to return or exchange the product if the wrong product is received, if there is a defect or fault in the product from the manufacturer, or if damage occurred during the delivery process.



We do not accept returns of products damaged due to misuse, and we reserve the right to accept returns of products that do not meet the above criteria.
