2- We will provide you with the full address of the Enchanting Flower Company to return the products to us.

3- After verifying that the products have arrived in good condition, the product will be replaced or the amount refunded to your account within a maximum period of 10 days.


The customer has the right to return and exchange the product if the wrong product is received, or if there is a defect or flaw in the product from the manufacturer, or as a result of damage that occurred during the delivery process.



We do not accept returns of products damaged due to misuse, and we reserve the right to accept returns of products that do not meet the above criteria.


Perfume tester return policy

We would like to inform our valued customers that perfume testers are sold at a discounted price.

Therefore:

  • Perfume testers cannot be exchanged or returned after the purchase process is complete.
  • Please check the product's condition and test it before paying.
